I listened to about an hour or hour and a half of arguments today. My prediction is this they issue a stay on the OSHA mandate and allow the CMS mandate to proceed. That's also what I would have predicted before listening, but it sounded fairly obvious the OSHA case was 6-3 and in CMS it seemed like Roberts and Kavanaugh would probably let that one ride.

Why hasn’t Sotomayer recused herself from the OSHA vaccine mandate case? She’s shown she is in over her head in this case.
