3 miles in 26:36. Beat my PR by 48 seconds. Not gonna lie I was moving on the last mile and it felt nice.

We don't have those here but there is a local chain that does a free fitting.

So far this year (according to my running ap) I've run more than I ran last year. Definitely need new shoes, the plastic on the heel of my right shoe has split and rubs my heel raw, and the sole of that shoe feels off like it's gonna suddenly blow out on me or something

According to my app I only ran 37km last year.
Best 5km is 25:45

Goodnight sweet prince!

Best 5km was meant to be 23:45, not 25:45

Was this in your younger days? My goal is to have a 25:00 one within the next two years. I believe I can.
