Having said that, though, I have a sneaking suspicion that they'll show up in this eventually. Just a hunch.

Well there has to be some sort of impetus for the beginnings of Palpatine and Plagueis, yea?

I'm loving this era of Star Wars.

I might have to dive into the YA novels and the comics, too. So much to sink teeth into.

Interesting.

Regarding phase II of the High Republic storytelling:
Phase II won’t be picking up wherever we leave off. Phase II will follow a very familiar Star Wars storytelling order and step into the past — 150 years in the past to be exact — for new tales that serve as prequels to what we’ve experienced so far.
I just finished the three adult books in phase I and I'm super pumped for whatever comes next. Exciting and frustrating that they're jumping back in time.

I need to read the main Marvel series in this phase, too. I think I'll skip the young readers books, though. I wonder if there are trades for the main series.

I always forget that you read Bloodline! I still need to read it. I probably will now that I'm caught up on the High Republic books and feeling hungry for more SW books.
