I've done about 14 miles in the last week, mostly a mix of walking and short internals of running

Christianity would be a better proposition if the Gospels had more running interjected between Christ's various adventures.

I envy that.

There are many positives to having a record of my runs that I can look back on and learn from/relive, but I do wish that I could discard the ego and just move for movement's sake.
