i think i've mentioned this before, but steve hyden has the "five-album test" for HOF qualification (you must have 5 truly A albums). i think that they meet this criterion.

I can't listen to this album because I have a hard time going past Harmonia's Dream.

Interesting discussion point. I'd like to see him do a rundown of acts in the HOF and who he thinks has met or fallen short of this criteria.Chris_H_2 wrote:i think i've mentioned this before, but steve hyden has the "five-album test" for HOF qualification (you must have 5 truly A albums)

I would absolutely sign on for an hour-long version of "Thinking of a Place."Strat wrote:They could play Ocean and Thinking of a place for at least an hour and id be okay with it

After realizing how good Yield was, I vividly remember thinking that no matter what happens from here, Pearl Jam is deserving of the RRHoF.Kevin Davis wrote:Interesting discussion point. Occasional Rain, the last song on IDLHA, is really good. Maybe the best on the album. I hadn’t really noticed it, probably because the songs leading into it aren’t very engaging, but it’s a great end to the album.

This is a really well shot video of the entire MSG show the other night. The sound is pretty good too.
Love the 14-minute Harmonia's Dream:

I just realized Adam looks quite a bit like Bret Hart.

I’d think they’d both like to be known as the Excellence of Execution.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:I just realized Adam looks quite a bit like Bret Hart.
