I can see why it would be for some, but for me it was a big cathartic release of all the bad that had gone before. Mentally 30 is a tough age to turn. But...and of course this is relative...but my thirties have been the best of my life. Not the same carefree life I had in my twenties, but waaaaaay more fulfilling! So lap it up!
