Missed you in this thread, bro. You been running any?
Yessir.

Did 6 and a quarter on Tuesday. Lifted weights and walked 8 miles yesterday. Resting today, but I'm going out for another 6 or so tomorrow.
True baller.
Not there yet. But I'm trying to get into half marathon shape, you know.
I was just wondering if you have one on the schedule.

Every year the Brooklyn Half put on by New York RoadRunners fills up super fast. Usually you can just log on the day they open registration and it's fine. But because they cancelled the last two of them, they have a ton of people who are already registered. So they opened a lottery for anyone who wants to run but didn't previously sign up in 2020 or 2021. So basically, no open registration in 2022 since they have a backlog.

Thanks, buddy.

It's my favorite race. I ran it five years in a row. I really hope I get it.

Kinda wondering which race I'll sign up for after this one finishes. It would be fun to devote spring time to training for a trail run in the summer. This one looks challenging. https://www.tejastrails.com/ck-muleshoe/#course

Only got out for one run this week. Hope to make twice a week a thing. Did manage to knock off 10k in just under 60 minutes. Pretty happy with that heading into the weekend.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

How's the weather looking this weekend? Planning another one? The Saturday long run is one of modern man's best inventions.
