Agree 100%. What a blast of a song! It reminds me a bit of the Nirvana track "Ain't It a Shame" (from the With the Lights Out box), but more polished of course.

There are at least half a dozen tracks here I really enjoyed. Better than I was expecting for sure.

Try is also my favorite. So glad to read/see that people are liking this more than expected.

it wasn't terrible. there are at least two songs that I would definitely listen to over and over. and while most of the others aren't on that level, i wouldn't necessarily skip them right away when they come up on my spotify recommendations.

Power of Right live it was a 5 when I thought it had a Mark Arm or Stooges vibe now it has a finger 11 vibe but really cool lyrics keep it at 3.5-4
Every thing else is a 5 really like it. Brother may drop to 4.5 someday but the rest are 5's

The Haves: I listened to this again with the thought that it was inspired by an elderly homeless couple, and that actually upset me more. It’s still terribly tone deaf and missed the mark. You think this elderly couple have more than the haves coz they have each other? I’m pretty sure they’d like to have a roof over their head, healthcare, a dignified life. I know what Eddie is trying to say, but if you’re going to point out the beauty of loyal love in spite of hardships, then fucking do it. The lyrics don’t get at that. They are clumsy as hell. It’s still a shit song. .

I thought they were just old. Now they’re old AND homeless?!? Tough go.

I really love it. On first listen I think I'd put it around 3 or 4 but either way I think it's one of the best on the record.

Yeah, I think Picture is the weakest thing on here for me. As much as I'm glad this exists to keep certain Eddie impulses away from Pearl Jam, I'd still prefer Picture be an Earthling b-side. But in the end, whatever.
