Just to get back on topic, I stopped ordering egg on burgers in restaurants b/c I got too many where the yolk was cooked through. What's the point of putting an egg on a burger if it doesn't result in delicious, runny yolk permeating the whole burger? I'd rather just have something else on my burger.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Ground chicken is where it's at for tacos and burgers when it comes to ground beef alternatives.

That sounds like it'd be potentially even drier than turkey.

I've found it to retain moisture much better than turkey.

When I was in New Orleans, I had a burger at Nacho Mama's with creamy peanut butter, bleu cheese, and bacon. OMFG! Thinking about is making me want to get on a plane right now.

Use ground turkey thigh instead of white meat.

I usually prefer my eggs with a runny yolk, but when in a burger not so much. A full-on runny yolk is just too messy.

Today's Rosh Hashanah. Be sure to add some bacon on your cheeseburger.

Do you know any good burger places in BsAs (other than McD's and BK)?

I guess the best one I've had is this place in Palermo, a block from my office, that models itself after an American diner (Trixie)... but I haven't really had any good burgers in BA.
