That's obviously nonsense. RM will make this a nail biter for no reason.

It is an interesting matchup. Two songs about struggling to hold onto anything when it feels like the world is ending. Two very different approaches.

I think there are two songs still here I haven’t voted for yet: Black and Faithfull…not because they are bad songs but because I have preferred the songs they were up against. Perhaps I am going full RM, but I have been voting for Alive, Porch, and some of the other more mainstream songs as well.

You mean, where else are you going to find fans voting knowledgably based on which songs they actually think are stronger in a side-by-side comparison, as opposed to just blindly choosing a more popular song over one that is virtually unknown? You're right, a fan forum is definitely going to be the most fertile ground for that type of scenario.

I like that the tournament results stand for RM's
real tastes, in all of their neurotic, jaded, baggage-laden, yet still somehow fiercely affectionate quirkiness.
