I really enjoyed this show but forgot about it at some point through season two.

Started watching The Leftovers. How does RM feel about that show? Don't wanna go in the show thread in case of spoilers

Season 1 is pretty good.

Seasons 2 and 3 are some of the best television ever made.

I didn't get past the first episode or two on my first attempt at that show. I did eventually watch the whole thing. I believe some seasons are better than others but the whole thing is worth one's time. I don't love the show, but I believe RM loves the show

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Season one is interesting. It follows the book, more or less. It's sort of plodding at times and bleak.

Seasons 2 & 3 are a completely different show. And those seasons are out of this world good.

The Leftovers is not a good show to watch if you're trying to quit smoking.

Started Inventing Anna. On Ep 2 now. I don’t know if I can make it thru 8 more episodes of whatever accent this is Garner is trying to pull off.

On season 2 of The Leftovers. I'm enjoying it even if it feels very "network TV" still (I'm waiting for the post-season 1 quality bump to kick in). Carrie Coon is crazy attractive
