Read my overly long winded review from the November 2019 first leg of the tour:tree_ wrote:I haven't been to a real big concert since like... 2002 pearl jam, and am seeing Tool next month. On Facebook, I see all these people commenting about their Tool show experiences this tour, saying it's mind-blowing, life-changing, stuff like that. I simply don't understand this. I mean, how much different can it really be than just listening to their recordings? I get crowd vibe talk and all that, but, assuming you're not on drugs, not really.. i guess... I guess we'll see
What I'm trying to say is as much as I love Tool, I was still reluctant to buy tickets cause I don't really see the point. Maybe I will soon.

Disclaimer: I was high as fuck at this concert.
Their setlist looks a lot better now than what I saw, mine was Tool's greatest hits, at least they're doing stuff like "The Grudge" and "The Patient" again on this new tour.
