You'd be surprised. My neice's best friend tested positive the day after they spent the whole day together and she never got sick. Also, I spent a lot of time around my mom and dad before they tested positive, but after they were symptomatic and I didn't get sick either.

I doubt it - it's still not common enough round these here parts, but I could be wrong. I did get sick a while ago, but tested negative

My wife had it December 2020, but I never tested positive, and my 3 kids never did either. But, a month later I lost my sense of smell and never got it back, so… who knows.

I lose my sense of smell/taste with every cold I get thanks to a deviated septum I've had since I was 7... So lately every time I get sick - I have all the big symtoms

We made it through our isolation period without anyone else getting Covid. My daughter went to kindy yesterday, and today was complaining of not feeling well and had a bit of a fever, so we tested her - and she's positive. Iso starts all over again
