over the last few weeks, i've started cutting out food and drink with added sugars. it's not that easy. i have noticed much higher energy levels during my normal crash time--2:30-3:00. we'll see.

my wife bought me some smart sweets, which is cool because it supports my sweet tooth, and they're supposedly made from fruit and veg juices. I'm sure it's just a gateway drug to real candy.
