I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Started a re-watch of ER. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen any of these and we never even watched the last few seasons. It’s amazing to see the changes in medical care since it started. Especially now that I’m in healthcare. I actually know what they’re talking about now.

I was very happy to see S2 starting for Mr. Mayor. I've got a small crush on Mikaela.

Watching the Red Letter reviews of the new Picard season and it's so sad. Just vile.

I don't know what that means

I was just thinking that Picard sounds like a show that would be popular (and it has to be since it was brought back for a new season) but I don't know a single person who watches it

Weirdly enough, I watch it. I've never talked Trek on the board or anywhere else for that matter, and I will continue not to, but I watch it.

I don't think it has to be that popular. Seems like the general trend is two seasons unless it's a total disaster, which it has enough nostalgia bait (and boy does it have a lot of it) to avoid.

Picard will actually be three seasons. They’ve filmed the second and third back to back.
