I got an Apple Watch mainly to listen to music while running but so far it seems like a hassle and I may just return it

A lot! I know I went four minutes before I started walking. Then I would switch run/walk the rest of the way. If I'm reading the Strava chart correctly, it looks like I took five walking jags, but it felt like more.
