Im pretty certain if LB leaks the good people of RM will have it well before anyone other site reports it as leaked.

I wouldn't be shocked if some have it already. It's not like there aren't copies out there, they just aren't available for download.

Man, I forgot all about the way they treated their guitars on this record. It's almost like they get hit out of spite, sometimes.

Currently playing on the iphone.... "Not for you"... probably get as far as Binaural today at work.

what about all the megastars? Michael Jackson? The Beatles?
Madonna? Beyonce?
All these guys have massive amounts of highly popular material, surely they get streamed more often than PJ?

Madonna? Beyonce?
All these guys have massive amounts of highly popular material, surely they get streamed more often than PJ?

I'm pretty sure its due to the dedicated Sirius channel they have. The article even mentions it.

I was searching for Elvis, actually.

Between 2006 and 2007, Pearl Jam sold 1.4 million records in the US. Pink Floyd sold 2.1 million, Nirvana sold 800,000, Springsteen sold 2.4 (with TWO album releases, mind you), and the Beatles sold 4.

Elvis sold 2.6.

I just always have a hard time wrapping my head around who the fuck is buying all these Elvis records. I love a few of them myself, and I really like the early Sun stuff when I'm in the mood, but I always pictured that it must be primarily the very old, since you hear a lot of "Elvis is big" talk but never really hang with anyone who HAS any of them (of all the musicians I've played with, I remain the only one who actually owned an Elvis Presley record).

So when I saw that he was apparently the king of the digital fucking stream, I had to investigate. And then I discovered.

It's like that eagles album that's above thriller as the biggest selling album (either in the us or worldwide) I'm willing to bet more people now are picking up thriller than the eagles thing, and yet, it refuses to budge

Wasn't there a release around then of all of Elvis' greatest hits? Elvis Gold or something.

Guys who keep checking out websites and forums and whatnot, there are plenty of tools that will check for you and let you know when it's out. Subscribe to RSS feeds or to google searches or twitter accounts or etc.

Funny you say this. Last night I watched a clip of Immortality from Bridge School '95 (I think) and Mike just destroys his acoustic guitar during the solo. I don't know how he didn't break any strings.
