I'm extremely disappointed in all of you for not stealing Pearl Jam's music for me to listen to. Now I have to wait for my pre-ordered CD to get to my house. Thanks a lot.

Because that would make sense.Strat wrote:Im still curious as to why they just didnt release the album a week earlier so that people had the albums before trotting out to the shows.

it's a very good question. I'd like to know the new tunes before hearing them all liveStrat wrote:Im still curious as to why they just didnt release the album a week earlier so that people had the albums before trotting out to the shows.

I remember going to see PJ in London just before BS came out. All we'd heard was Got Some, Fixer and Supersonic had JUST leaked. We got all 3 and no more, including the live debut of Supersonic (much better than Habit
).

I'm sure even Pearl Jam thought it would have leaked by now and everyone would already know the songs. Seriously they must have really went the extra mile keeping this from leaking. I'm impressed.

I'm not terribly shocked that it hasn't leaked yet. Labels do a better job of keeping these things under wraps much better than they used to. I think it could be any day that it leaks (preferably now), but maybe we can hold out hope that there's a stream of it available starting next Tuesday through iTunes or the website.gems and rhinestones wrote:I'm sure even Pearl Jam thought it would have leaked by now and everyone would already know the songs. I'm trying this long arse survey now with my alter-ego. I might win £10,000 of Marks and Spencers vouchers. Or my alter ego might. If anyone else has got further and can confirm it's bullshit say now before I progress through the net 4-5 pages of ticking boxes concerning whether my alter-ego wants new doors and windows fitted etc.

I really hope this album doesn't leak, so you can all regale us in the stories of your computers contracting various STDs.

That would be too 2005 for a band stuck in 1995.Acidfuel wrote:i wonder if the plan to stream it next week on itunes

Are websites with surveys ever legitimate?
Even if this doesnt leak I need it to hit the internet as fast as possible. I haven't pre ordered it and no way I'm buying it without listening to it all first.

Rarely, but sometimes they are and it is genuinely just to weed the bots out (and make money). I've just finished the 3863853 page survey and now it's "validating"...

When it actually leaks you'll be able to find it in a lot of survey-free websites.CupidStunt wrote:Rarely, but sometimes they are and it is genuinely just to weed the bots out (and make money). I've just finished the 3863853 page survey and now it's "validating"...

Absolutely, but it has to debut somewhere. Somewhere has to be *first*.Heathen wrote:When it actually leaks you'll be able to find it in a lot of survey-free websites.CupidStunt wrote:Rarely, but sometimes they are and it is genuinely just to weed the bots out (and make money). However on this occasion I think it's non-existent. I'm still validating, awaiting "human validation" (despite it saying "Download this file immediately upon your participation in an offer below. Please use valid information!")

I'm surprised there's not at least 30 second clips up on Amazon or iTunes.

I happened to be at that show, and Supersonic sounded great at the time (didn't hear the leak beforehand). I would love to hear any of the new stuff in Pittsburgh save for Future Days which I actually think is fine but don't need to ever hear live.CupidStunt wrote:I remember going to see PJ in London just before BS came out.
