You seem pro-slap, in cases where offense has been given. It's not hard to imagine that you might be given offense by someone on the street at some point in the future. That person might be poor, but you previously said you don't consider class a factor where ableism is concerned. I'm not saying my personal reality trumps anyone's. I'm actually saying everyone has their own perspective, and one doesn't outweigh the others just because they happen to be feeling pain or discomfort or anything, therefore if someone doesn't happen to be acknowledging your personal truth in a moment, it doesn't mean they are actively trying to harm you. It may just be a lack of awareness, a misunderstanding on your part.
