Any chance they stream this puppy starting next week? Seems everyone and their brother is doing it these days...AllNiteThing wrote:I'm surprised there's not at least 30 second clips up on Amazon or iTunes.

Ages before, like about a month. I'm still very keen to hear those again if anyone still has them (preferably the track with them all on together).Vindicator wrote:Yeah we don't even have snippets. Wtf. When did get those Backspacer ringtones?
As for this survey/validating "leak". I can confirm it's false as I'm apparently still validating and I've just given up and closed the page. My PC now has herpes.

That's my guess. With the new bond w/ iTunes that we've seen as of late (bootlegs, singles), I'd think they'd start streaming it on Tuesday.Dugg wrote:Any chance they stream this puppy starting next week? If they do it won't be the whole thing. Because you'd basically be leaking it yourself.ledvedderman wrote:That's my guess. that's pretty surprisingMcParadigm wrote:Even in the world of digitally streaming music, Elvis Presley is still the King.
According to SoundExchange, a performance rights organization that collects royalties from more than 2,000 digital music services, Presley ranks as the most frequently streamed artist of the past decade, followed by Bruce Springsteen and Pearl Jam.

Loads of bands are streaming the entire album around a week before release.Django Butterworth wrote:If they do it won't be the whole thing. I think if this leaks, that may happened. If it's still locked up tighter than a whale's butthole, not a chance.harmless wrote:Loads of bands are streaming the entire album around a week before release.Django Butterworth wrote:If they do it won't be the whole thing. I'd like to see the methodology for how they are calculating this. If it's just taking into account the fact the PJ Radio basically streams PJ 24/7, and doesn't account for how many unique users are actually listening to PJ Radio online or on Sirius, that seems pretty flawed.stip wrote:that's pretty surprisingMcParadigm wrote:Even in the world of digitally streaming music, Elvis Presley is still the King.

And Elvis had his own channel on Sirius long before PJ did.Iowaska_Experience wrote:I'd like to see the methodology for how they are calculating this. Right... and Bruce has his own station too so they probably are counting it.

Wouldn't surprise me, but wasn't there a bitchfest for Backspacer, when there weren't enough copies for the shows and PJ had to take care of Target, first?roger wilco wrote:I'm guessing the cd will be available early at the Pittsburgh and Buffalo shows next week... maybe the vinyl...

I recently re-listened Ten and was very surprised in the excess of piano in Black, I´m not an anti-piano person but I definitely prefer guitar when there´s a space to fill. I think, the demo of Black is one of my favorites, it´s not as epic as the released version but is piano-less and rougher. http://youtu.be/FhajAij7XcI

One time the power went out here in the office. After about a half hour I told the gang I was going to 'will' the power on and it would be on at 10:02 am. It came on at 10:02 am. I haven't used this power since then because, well, it frightened me..and them..but in the interest of our...um...shared interests. I'm ready to deploy this power again....Django Butterworth wrote:I am using all of my force powers to will this into happening.
