I was really excited about this at first, but then I saw it was the Syracuse concert that was included in the Purple Rain Deluxe edition. But I'm a sucker for everything the Prince estate can throw at me, so I pre-ordered it to have a physical copy of the audio.

I just wish they had given us a different concert instead of something we already had. It's not like there's a shortage of material to pull from.

I believe it's the concert that came as the DVD in the 2017 Deluxe Purple Rain. It's a great show, which is why I'll end up buying this new package.

I mentioned before about wishing they gave us something different, but I realize that I'm the reason why they don't. They can keep putting out the same thing, and my dumb ass will keep buying it. And in the biggest damn edition they put out. I miss Prince...

Blasting ¨Musicology¨ now, and i just love this album. Prince sounds so focused and fun and even the ballads are super funky. Probably my favorite of his late career along with Art Official Age.

Although he did dock the whole band once because he went to the bridge too early and we didn’t follow him. He said, ‘I never make mistakes — you all made a mistake by not following me.’ So we all got fined.
