Just use your hands for sushi. There's really no reason to use chopsticks. Knife, fork and spoon are objectively more useful.

by the way, to what experience are you referring? the one where the delivery guy from the mediocre chinese restaurant gets buzzed up to deliver the sweet & sour or kung pao chicken that you eat that you wash down with a miller lite while watching tv? i get it; after all, it's like you're right there, in some village in the schezwan province surrounded by locals. a truly immersive Chinese culinary experience. give me all the chop sticks.
