Hit a 5k on the treadmill. Really tried to control my form. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

For you guys that alternate shoes: do you have to manually track the mileage on each or does your app of choice have a feature that assists?

I think I managed to get through without any aggravation. I did some sets of squats afterwards and I think that helped for whatever reason.

I may get my long run in after work tonight rather than at the crack of dawn tomorrow.

Ever since the time change, I haven't had the motivation to do early morning runs. I hate to admit it, but I might be one of those people who needs a race or something to train for to follow a disciplined routine. Either that, or I need to work back up to hour+ runs that demand an early rise before the household duties again. Haven't run more than 6 miles at a time since the half marathon a month ago.

Until he said treadmill, I thought he just meant running on high school black synthetic asphalt.
