Finished binging Euphoria. I compare it to watching The Handmaid’s Tale: exhausting, but so well done you can’t stop.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
damn that last ep of We Crashed was a masterpiece. Both Leto and Hathaway were so fucking good and the whole thing was a mix between super funny, embarrassing and sad.
One more to go, but damn this has been such a wild and fun ride.

Watched all of S4 of Killing Eve so I can safely say that that was one of the worst seasons of television I've ever seen. Absolute dogshit

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Yeah, totally. I've been thinking about your reading from earlier--that the show is a little misogynistic in its portrayal of Rebekah. It definitely walks that line, but it's hard because she really did say and do a lot of those insane things. So I think Hathaway's performance is particularly admirable in this context. It would be easy to just make Rebekah zany, but she gives her so much depth.tragabigzanda wrote:Hathaway was particularly great in E7. So much fine motor control and emotional flow as she's riding the waves of megalomaniacal delusion. Just jumping off the screen.Mickey wrote:Yeah this has been absolutely phenomenal. Watched “The Outlaws” on Amazon. Good for Stephen Merchant! It’s not as good as The Office or Extras, but it’s every bit as good as After Life. I’ll look forward to the already filmed season 2.

I started it too. Sae 4 eps. Its good, tense, compelling and fun. The cast is great...i love Patricia Arquette so much...and Britt Lower is so fucking good. I love her on High Maintenance so really happy to see her here.tragabigzanda wrote:Watching Severance. Avoiding that thread bc of spoilers. Really enjoyed the first two eps, but by E3 it’s starting to feel like Lost, and not in a good way. I like it when it’s more grounded.

Finally catching up on the most recent season of Sunny. I've watched 6 of them. It's nice to have the gang back. I've quite enjoyed this season. The Gang Replaces Dee With A Monkey had me rolling.
