It’s fries?

Hard to say. They were cut in thick 1.5x1.5 squares, like nothing I'd ever seen, but the texture was that of french fried potato for sure. The toppings were as described in your link. cheese, tzatziki, chili sauce, gyro meat, peppers, and they also threw on some grilled onions.

i got some dolmas to balance it all out.

a local guy here does a pop up at the beach of his version of smash burgers..theyre great..so yeah...
