You aren't going to see Middleton again. Bobby will play with goggles or something but could be blind in one eye so no depth perception when vooch leaves him for wide open threes.spike wrote:Just over here sweating the Middleton and Portis injuries.

Giannis played on a sore knee last postseason, let’s see if Khris has that same mettle.verb_to_trust wrote:You aren't going to see Middleton again. MCL sprains have a 6 to 8 week recovery time. He's out for the postseason most likely.

I guess I ought to be rooting for the Nets for the rest of this series. I'll probably do the next best thing and not watch and hope they can at least make it a long series.

Yeah that was disappointing. Really would have liked the Raptors to take at least a couple games off the Sixers.

But good for Embiid, he gets overhated. I'll say that now before I hate him in about a week or so.

Kyrie broke his Ramadan fast. Flipped off fans. Something tells me this guy doesn't really believe the things he says

That was a heartbreaker alright, but I'm over it already.verb_to_trust wrote:Did someone check on Farmer John after than Embiid buzzer beater last night?
These playoffs felt like the least amount of pressure the Raptors had in years, so it's not that devastating. But it will suck if they get swept.
Going in, the biggest thing to get excited about was getting Scottie some playoff experience, so I'm more sad about him getting hurt than loosing the series. Sounds like he could be back for game 4 though, so he'll get at least one more game to show what he can do. He was 2 assists shy of a triple double in his playoff debut before getting hurt!

I don't really know how to assess playoff performances anymore. Guys like Jalen Brunson can go for 50 these days.

Him playing makes no sense. I don't buy it. He'll have a "setback."Monkey_Driven wrote:If Ben misses his first three free throws in Game 4 will he ever play basketball again?verb_to_trust wrote:One thing is for sure, he's better than Ben Simmons

Yeah no way he plays. Things in the world have changed so much. Remember when DRose was a joke because he didn't come back for the playoffs after his ACL? Ben is pretty much open about him not playing because he is emo.4/5 wrote:Him playing makes no sense. I don't buy it. Brown repeatedly driving into the paint and scoring was so good; much better than settling for jump shots.elliseamos wrote:Durant (and his mom) were so pissed at him getting called for fouls and the guy was at the line more than anyone. Seemed like a strategy to give him no rhythm.
Brown & Tatum have really grown this year. Both ends of the court. Late in quarters/ the game. It's just how Danny dreamed it up!
Keep fouling Durant, he doesn't like it.
