My little brother gifted me the Hot Ones "Los Calientes" three-pack and the green one was honestly so good

I bought some “Hot honey” at Trader Joe’s a couple of days ago. The hot ingredient wasn’t really specified as to what it was, but it was fucking hot.

This is one of my all-time favorite hot sauces. It goes through long periods of unavailability but now it's BACK!!! and I ordered myself two four-packs lol.
It's a really smooth, creamy, avocado-based sauce that's loaded with umami richness. Very addictive. Not super hot, but extremely tasty (and there is a
milder version if you want the same flavor with only the slightest kick).

That's a thing of beauty.
I'd be most interested in trying the scotch bonnet + ginger. Or the hot honey. Also, the Sichuan.
Never mind, I'd like all of them in and around.

The scotch bonnet and ginger is one of the ones I've already tried, it's really really good. Queen Majesty is a great hot sauce maker.

Making my own hot honey with Mānuka, chili paste + flakes and apple cider vinegar. Seems impossible to mess up.
Anyone ever done this?

Finally tried the KoRn hot sauce I got at Heatonist a few months ago
Surprisingly good. Not very hot, but a pleasing mild burn. Nice flavor.
