Below average 3 miles. I tried to take it moderately easy, but it still felt kinda crappy. I’m just going to commit to chugging along so I can still be active physically.

Likely my last run before Saturday's race and it was exactly what I needed. A purposely average time of 28:20, but it felt really dang good and I never felt like I was wearing myself out.
My last race was in September and I did around 3.20 in 27:35 and the whole thing felt like death. It had some downhill help though, and one really nice one toward the end, but I think I can beat that now. Aiming for 26:45 so fingerz crossed.
