All the way to the park and back. Looped a few times around the park doing some jags for argo before cooling down on the way back.

Went for an 8km run. My headphones have died, so the whole run was to the beat of my feet hitting the pavement. I have no rhythm....

It effects my pace in the sense that my running app gives me updates every km and 10 minutes as to pace and time
