Kinvaras seem have my legs back under me. Don't think it's just a coincidence. 4mm drop ftw

My week is all over the place and there is potentially bad weather. With another race in a month I’d rather not take 5 or so days off, but we will see.

Good job, Malloy.

Yesterday I ran two miles with no walking jags, in just under 19:30. The Wednesday before I ran a full 5 kilometres in just under 33 minutes, which included 4 minutes of walking. So I'm getting close to my goal of a sub-30 5k with no walking.

Once I accomplish that goal, I will probably stop running until October. It was on the edge of being hot yesterday and my god is running in the heat miserable. I don't know how you Southern boys do it

Dude don’t stop with that progress you’re achieving. Just go once a week if nothing else.

malloy has inspired me to come out of my five-day retirement.

3 miles across various terrains, my favorite of which was a turtle-loaded stretch of suburban swamp trail.

I've really been enjoying my Altra Riveras as of late. Daily trainers with zero frills. They're ugly, but I'm pretty, so it evens out.

I came so close yesterday. I did the full 5 kilometers without ever stopping to walk. But it took me 30:30. So, 30 seconds off the goal time. I think if I give it another go this weekend on a flatter route I could do it in under 30.
My legs are basically there. My lungs and heart are close. My mental fortitude is what really needs to catch up at this point
