Songs that INSPIRE you
to create...whatever...
or just inspire you to do whatever it is you people do. And why.

In the yard I never see I should be mowing today
Instead, I'm searching for ways to say
All the words I can't find
Everybody's trying to be the next someone
But look at me, I'm trying to be the first something

Everyone posting should have to say what it inspires them to do.

Some types of inspiring music:
- Music about creating. The Simpson album has a lot of great songs about the artist's struggles with both himself and external forces, and resolving to create anyway. That's usually inspiring to me.

I've never been entirely clear on how you relate to art, but I'm guessing you have some interesting thoughts on that.Malloy wrote:until now i hadn’t realized i do not share this particular affective relation to music
