B's right. It's a "headline" from a fan site. It's not like it's CNN spouting this crap.

It's the first time we've seen obi wan with a lightsaber FOR THIS UPCOMING SHOW.

Geezes you people are miserable cunts.

It’s a bit of an odd reaction isn’t it?

Might just avoid this thread after each show airs.

Does it look substantially different than what you imagined?

God forbid anyone be critical of this show. I hope it’s good because after today if it isn’t i guess i probably shouldn’t voice my opinion here.

I've got your back!

For the record, I didn't even criticize the show. I criticized StarWarsUnderground.com

Who's he talking to? Someone who is the right age to have been first exposed to Star Wars via the prequels?

Yeah, because I can't see the person asking the questions, I was guessing that's what he meant, but I'm slow, so I wasn't sure.

Me? No, no. I go all the way back to the beginning. My parents first date was to see the original when it came out. Fun fact, my Mom actually wanted to name me after my father so she could call me R2D2 (Dad's first and middle initials are R & D).

I had the OT on VHS and watched them constantly as a kid. Had so many of the action figures and playsets. And then of course I saw the Special Editions a bunch of times each when they hit theaters.

Like a lot of folks my age, I struggled with the prequels when they first came out. The Phantom Menace, especially.

There were some genuinely stupid questions asked at that event

Do you like the prequels?

No. I hate the films I was in and here to promote an offshoot Of

I have zero opinion on it. My comment is more about b being a curmudgeon shit head here in Star Wars all the time

The ST is my favorite of the three trilogies. But I love the OT, too.
