Miami won the previous two ECF matchups, so odds are that it's time for Boston to win one. Tatum and co. looking to avenge the 2020 loss.

Heat aren't great from behind the 3-point line.

Boston's defense.

Conspiracy Theory: Boston has more stars and NBA will use its refs to help them out.

I'll probably have more to come, injuries evolve...Smart was in a boot after that Bucks game.
I’d probably also take Celtics in 6 if there was a gun to my head but there’s not so Heat in 7. But the Heat were the #1 team in 3 point efficiency this season. They haven’t been great so far in the postseason, maybe that’s what you mean. I’m hoping for some reversion to the mean from both teams in that regard.

Yes, I meant that during the playoffs, the Heat haven't shot the three well.

In the very few mins he's gotten I'm locked on to him, rooting for him, wanting the ball in his hands and praying he makes a shot. I imagine he's doing the same thing to himself and that can't be helping things.

Celtics in 6
Mavs in 7

Hoping to be wrong about the Mavs pick, but I don't see how the Warriors can both stop Luka and their turnovers.

Vincent is better than a hobbled Lowry. I really wish they hadn’t rushed him back in the Sixers’ series.

I think if the Heat's O is Butler, Herro, and Adebayo, the Cs are well stocked to cover them. Especially with 4 guys to potentially play C.

Maybe I'm wrong (wouldn't be the first time).

I think this series could be brutal for Herro. He had no answers when Philly blitzed and trapped him.

I was coming here to say the Celtics in 5 or Heat in 7 when I got the notification that Horford and Smart are out tonight. I’m going to stick with that, though. Either the Celtics totally choke out Miami’s offense and win a very easy series or I’ll take Miami in 7 in a tough series. More likely Celtics in 5 but c’mon Jimmy.
