I think I had the flu recently or possibly covid. I've been in no shape to run, coughing up a storm, headachy and feverish. 4.9 miles on the week. A low for me but hopefully not a harbinger of a bad summer.

Pretty sure I've come down with the flu as well. Total lack of energy. Was planning to go for a run Saturday afternoon, ended up sleeping for two hours instead

How many miles should I run tonight? I've gone 16.3 in last two days.

After a week of being real sick and doing no exercise I got out for a 7km run this morning. Bit more walking than I would have liked, but was good to get out

Good on you for getting out, Rangi. I'm in a similar boat.

Going to have to bite the bullet and admit that I need to go back to base building. I've had a lingering cough, insane workload at the job and home, and just a general lack of motivation. Mileage has dwindled in the month of May and it's starting to really look like I might not get my 1k goal for the year. I think a little here, a little there in short bursts just to get a routine back is the smart move. Still have that lingering cough, which is troublesome.

Been hydrating with BioSteel after my runs. Shit is delicious.

Really hot out there today. After back to back days in my endorphin speeds I switched back to my Kinvara 13s. Instant relief for some creeping heel soreness. Down with plated/stacked shoes.

I cracked the screen on my pixel 4a today. Does anyone have a good android phone that is light and compact like the 4a. I barely knew that thing was in my pocket during runs. Looks like the Pixel 6 is a brick by comparison with a huge camera bar on the back.

The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is intriguing. Like a packable running hat? Might clang around in a zip pocket though.
