The ending of Season 2 made me skeptical for the third

I'm not interested in your time travel tv show. Don't even try to tell me it's smart. If it's got time travel and it isn't Primer, it's not worth my time.

You should totally watch it - it really is worth it.....so far

I was giving Ruddo shit. I'm actually really interested in watching it. It's been on my list since he first talked about it.

just finished Stranger Things new season.

Awesome. Reminded me a lot of Nightmare On Elm Street.

Please Duffer Bros, make a new movie with Freddy.

Really good overall.
Spoiler: show
The Russia and Hawkins Lab side-plots dragged on a bit, though. Boring!

Got through the first episode... really kind of a turn-off. We'll watch the whole thing but it felt less like homage, more like satire at times.

I think the first 7 eps have been fantastic. I watched the first two eps of Obi-wan and then the first episode of this immediately afterward, and the difference was stark. It was like going from Ozark to Better Call Saul. Yeah, the money and support are there for both, but the vision of showrunners who care about their creation makes all the difference.

My one concern going forward is
Spoiler: show
time. The Upside Down being 1983 is intriguing, but time disparity or time travel is almost never a positive in storytelling. I’m terrified they’ll use this to bring Barb back before it’s all over.

Just finished. Tremendous season. Can't wait for July 1st.

Take notes on how you make great television, Disney+.

We've got one episode to go on this, but my wife has been bitching and moaning pretty much the whole way through

Lots of stuff could’ve been trimmed from these episodes but, much like Better Call Saul, I love the world and love spending as much time as possible in it.

We still have a couple of episodes to go, but this season has been great so far.
