It's encouraging to see Tatum and Brown driving to the hoop

It looked like his heel might have been off the line. Certainly not definitive.

I mean it was a terrible shot, he should have gone to the basket. And I thought that in real time, I said “oh no!” As he pulled up. Really wish I’d have been wrong. But I don’t believe in being made at the guy who was the only reason Miami wasn’t down 40.verb_to_trust wrote:You okay with that Jimmy three in transition?4/5 wrote:Man those 3 points they inexplicably took off the board sure would help rn.

I understand going for the jugular at that point but that's not his shot obviously. He was totally gassed, so that could have helped him make that decision.4/5 wrote:I mean it was a terrible shot, he should have gone to the basket. Re: NBA Thread
It’s not surprising, he’s done that before: see game 3 @ Atlanta. Tonight like you said he was just totally gassed out. To me that makes it even more so that he should have put his head down and gone to the basket and possibly draw a foul if he didn’t get a clean look. Oh well.

I can't tell if I'm more relieved to not have to watch Kyle Lowry or that J&J finally got to the finals.
I'd wonder what might have been if Butler had got even a minutes rest.

Everyone focusing on that Butler decision to shoot instead of on Boston for almost blowing that huge lead.

Re: NBA Thread
Sure. But the Butler shot was a single play with a pivotal outcome. The Cs collectively running out the clock and giving Miami the opportunity to get back in the game has a lot of blame to distribute.

I'm very curious to see how the Celtics adjust to playing a competent offense with multiple options.
