Operation Mincemeat - fairly decent. Tom Wambsgans was good.
Swiss Army Man - wonderful
The French Connection - *chef's kiss*

Emergency - Started off looking like this was just some college coming of age film, but ended quite powerfully

so far I've watched Phantom Thread and Licorice Pizza blu-rays on my new TV, and now I'm going to revisit There Will Be Blood soon, hopefully tonight

Loved the Bob's Burgers Movie.
I'm glad I saw it in a theatre. It was surprisingly full and it was fun seeing it with a crowd. Lots of genuine laughs. The animation looked beautiful on the big screen.
The songs were really good, too. David Wain stole the show.

yeah, it was great. My only complaint was the scene were the girl needs to kiss that guy for the money. Felt too much.Mickey wrote:I really liked this one.VinylGuy wrote:Never Rarely Sometimes Always.

The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no Aunt Gayle in the movie. Megan Mulally kills it in that role.Farmer John wrote:Loved the Bob's Burgers Movie.

Yeah, there were a few side characters that I was surprised didn't make an appearance. I was expecting at least a little cameo from the whole cast of characters.E.H. I propose a Bob's Burgers sub-forum within the Star Wars sub-forum.

No connection. Just to reduce the clutter. And plus it would be fun to find!

Really upset the villain's song was the only one not released in the soundtrack. I guess it makes sense since it gives the whole plot away but I hope they release it at some pointFarmer John wrote:Yeah, there were a few side characters that I was surprised didn't make an appearance. That's disappointing. That's like leaving "Be Prepared" off the Lion King soundtrack.Jorge wrote:Really upset the villain's song was the only one not released in the soundtrack.
