I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Parts of it, sure. But I don’t think it was going for 100% comedic effect most of the time. So it’s kind of irrelevant really. I think ultimately it achieves what it wants to, it’s just not all that interesting or deep

No, just the regular version.

Kind of a boring movie.

Any Given Sunday

I remember loving this when I was younger... There are some really cool moments, but I find the style nearly unbearable. Too much shaky cam, too many quick camera movements. Just seems unnecessary. I also found Natural Born Killers similarly unbearable recently. Not much of an Olister Svone fan I guess.

Any Given Sunday is terrible. I'm not sure if I ever saw Natural Born Killers. If I did, it didn't leave a big impression on me either way. But fuck Any Given Sunday!

Helluva soundtrack. I completely forgot Tarantino's camp published the original screenplay, need to get on that.

Very fun! I found the VO to feel very dated, but loved everything else.
I agree, though I do believe that was intentional.
