Is Costner losing the plot like Bruce Willis? Cuz he has like two lines an episode.

If you guys can’t appreciate Kevin Costner by this point, I can’t help you. He’s been a staple for so long.

And I’m not saying this show is some spectacular, innovative thing, but it’s really entertaining and I think well done. Beth is great character, too. There’s a few.

We're three episodes in and as far as I can tell the main point of having Beth around is so that she can take her clothes off. Which I'm not at all opposed to but she's hardly a character, at this point. It's not just not innovative. It's schlock. Entertaining schlock, but schlock all the same. There's at least 3 lines per episode that elicit a groan.

Does the rebellious son’s wife get better at acting? By episode 4-5, she’s getting more screen time than Costner.

She should also start taking more inexplicable nude baths in horse troughs and give fewer monologues about how "we don't lie to each other" or whatever.

She’s also way hotter than Costner, so that’s ok.

The Beth nudity will mostly taper off and you’ll start to realize why she’s such a pop culture institution among women soon enough.

Got one episode left in the first season but I feel like I can comfortably say that this show is so fucking bad.
