As a last name Andersen is the Norwegian version, Anderson (often Andersson) is the Swedish version.
In this Swedish video he starts by saying the name of their prime minister whose last name is Andersson:

Re: Ask Anders
What you eat Friday night is often your favorite. When I was single, I would often make soft tacos or some other Mexican food.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:What are your top three foods?
A woman I dated for about a year in 2015 just loved sushi, and I was never into it. Now I love it, my wife and I eat it every Friday night. The woman I dated would probably find that funny.
Growing up my father made great pancakes. We used to eat them with bacon and blueberry jam. These are thinner than American pancakes, but thicker than French ones.
A food I always asked my mother to make, was her homemade pizza, and I still do, whenever I meet her.
And i love a local dish from the Norwegian west coast, with a different name from each different region (a bit weird), and usually called Raspeballer.
Fresh bread for breakfast and lunch, with good toppings (like salmon and egg, or cheese and ham).
Found some photos online to illustrate.

Top three right now:
1. Pancakes
2. Sushi
3. Raspeball

I knew a kid back in the day whose father was German and used to make these, or something comparable. I LOVED them so much.Anders wrote: Growing up my father made great pancakes. Yes

Smash is perfect for being in the fridge. Keeps firm and crunchy, melts in the mouth.

In your interview you mentioned being raised Lutheran. Does anyone in Norway still worship Odin, Thor and that whole pantheon of gods?

Ondish, why aren’t these questions just being asked in your interview thread?

I can see the difference between the two. The interview thread is fresh now, but in a few months it may seem strange to keep bringing it up to ask me something.Bammer wrote:Ondish, why aren’t these questions just being asked in your interview thread?

Yes, but within our borders there are less than 1000 that are official members of their faith. There is next to nothing left of their pre-Christian buildings. Indeed churches back then was often built on to of or instead of the Åsatru-buildings.wease wrote:In your interview you mentioned being raised Lutheran. Re: Ask Anders
I have several RM users as friends on Instagram. Only post my own photos there, mostly of my family. Sometimes of friends, concerts, social events, from trips or from nature.
