Thats very much inconsistent with your argument then. It has nothing to do with misspeaking. It’s a gaffe, plain and simple. It’s not the most relevant thing in the movie obviously, but it doesn’t make it irrelevant.tree_ wrote:no because this works.. even if it were an unintentional error.. because people misspeak sometimes.. and cirk doesn't know any better and doesn't care anywaylennytheweedwhacker wrote:Okay. you brought it up like it's one of the two things you disliked about the movie when it's something nobody cares about whatsoever except you

Poker aficionados care. And if you don’t really care why did you challenge me on it?

Re: What movies are you watching?
also while playing blackjack he doubles down on a 9 and the dealer had a 10 early in the movie when card counters are supposed to be careful, by-the-book players.. again I don't care because cards ultimately are not what the movie is about

I enjoyed it, as well, though perhaps not as much as you guys. Don't get me wrong, I liked it. My only real complaint is that the final shot was not four hours longepilogue wrote:Just saw this and it's outstanding! I goddamn loved every minute of it. I recommend it to Joe especially. Trailer
Thank you again, Jorge, for the heads up.
