Got to most of it. The two songs that really blew my mind in how they sounded live were Who Ever Said and Alright. They both sound exponentially better than the studio versions. Dance also sounds better especially the end.

Don’t usually care about these things, but they sound really good on these performances.

Yes, the only weird one is Quick Escape which seems to be missing part of the riff.

I checked both Spotify and the iTunes Store . . . . . and I am disappointed that this Tour Edition release does not have a live version of Comes Then Goes. I suspect it may never get played live as a full song.

I wonder why they don't ? Is it because it's too personal or because the shorter setlists don't let Eddie do an acoustic set? this is one of my favorite songs on the album and would be perfect for Encore 1 so it's sad if he won't do it (unless it's for personal reasons in which case I understand)

Also one thing I'm noticing from listening to live shows is that Ed sounds out of breath a LOT when speaking after songs.

Who Ever Said sounded way better live than I expected. Superblood too.

It might be the best moment on the album. I wish Stone’s (I think) guitar at 3:08- 3:20 was higher in the mix.

I loved the live version of DOTC overall though. That ending is great.

I think all the songs sound remarkably good live. I was a bit disappointed with QE because Ed didn't sing some of the falsetto bits in the chorus but it's fine after a few listens.

I thought the songs sound ok live but not that special, I don't think they make the tours come alive like we saw in 2000, 2003, and 2006 which is kind of sad. Backspacer and Lightning Bolt weren't very good but Gigaton was so I'm kind of sad we're not getting a tour that really....I don't know...embodies the material? I don't know how to word it but those previous tours were all colored by their recent albums which added something fresh every time to the tours they were on.

Agreed. They should be playing at least 5-6 Gigaton songs per night. Sure, a lot of people are there for Ten, Vs., Vitalogy, and Yield..:but at the end of the day if they are even pretending to be relevant they should feature the new album at least a little.

It would be cool if they could experiment with the mixing of the 2022 bootlegs to match the soundscapes/open sounds of gigaton.

Or do something live. I'd love to see the concerts colored by the material. The 2006 album really informs the tone of the 2006 tour, and the Avocado songs feel like they fit very well. Gigaton is a unique album (for them at least) and could lead to a unique tour that feels different than previous ones.

Finally got around to the live versions on the "tour edition." Really enjoyed those live tracks. All of them translated really well, I thought.
