Go vs. Why Go

Why Go is pretty great, the drums are awesome, the guitar solo is awesome, the intensity and groove are awesome, it's one of the best live songs.

Go is a great opener to Vs, but I don't really think it's a great song

Yeah that goddamn song has won at least two different March Madness tournaments and Who Go is always eliminated pretty early. This doesn't seem like much of a discussion.

Yep, when Pearl Jam was at their coolest they didn't play this song.

Great thread. My brains are actually arguing about it. 30 years later.

Go is the better song, even if it wasn’t finished. It’s intensity set the bar for the band in their prime.

Why Go has aged incredibly well. I’m more likely to listen to it than I am Even Flow, Alive or Black.
