That’s how it was at Jazz Fest. New Orleans city ordinance said everybody had to be out of the park no later than 7pm so most acts finished by 6:30 or so.

Curfew is 1030 for Hyde Park so it'll barely be dark when those shows finish (weather providing).

Ah yeah that happened one year I was there too. But to be fair that’s probably more of a safety issue than a noise issue. No one needs to be leaving a concert at 11pm in that part of town
