This is a thread for all topics relating to oral hygiene. Your thread felt a little narrow in scope.
I don't think they should be merged - we can just let the good people of RM decide which thread they'd rather use.

Brush twice a day (at least -- sometimes I brush after lunch, too). First thing in the morning. Last thing at night.
I floss at night after brushing.
Sometimes I chew gum or use mouth wash but that's all much less frequently. Maybe once a month at most.

I guess this could go to Things you just don't understand thread, but I couldn't find it so I'll just post it here. I've never understood America's obsession with perfect white teeth. I noticed that at the Olympics all the American female gymnasts had a perfect (unnaturally) white teeth. Same with politicians etc. It just looks ridiculous and you can see miles away that those are not their natural teeth.

He’s got a point, and I’m pretty sure there’s a middle ground. People who are going to be in front of the camera take it too far.

I think I'm fine with having a little crooked and not perfectly white teeth as long as they're healthy, if the other option is to have a teeth like this under your veneers:bart wrote:Enjoy your yellow teeth, rest of the world

I had a dental appointment this morning. Everything is good, but I may try some whitening next because otherwise my dentist isn’t making much money off of me.

Why would a toothache feel like being pregnant?
