"My Father's Son" into "Sirens" is like jamming to an awesome Stooges track and then someone changes the station to a Coldplay ballad.

This song is sweet.

I have a music system setup I abide by in here, and there's no room in said system for iTunes. This is absolutely killing me right now!
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

Give it an hour, broski. There'll be a rip up soon, I guarantee it.

Future Days is, of course, the same song we know. Some interesting textures and not quite the ham fisted Bo'B we feared. I've jumped through this sothis song may be a nice Gin and Tonic after the rest of the album but it's not a highlight.

Some interesting quick guitar playing ala mandolin style. At least this feels like a PJ track and not just an Ed solo with colour like JB or The End. Strings are thought out and don't feel cheesy. Nice reverb.

It makes MFS sound pretty insubstantial, which is a shame. I was hoping that it would bridge MYM and Sirens successfully...

I think that the folks who were looking for a more Binaural type Pearl Jam will like My Father's Son and Infallible, also Pendulum.
