I know little about real estate, but I know more about publishing than I ever want to know. I just want to contribute!

There is an eagle in me and a mockingbird . . . and the eagle flies among the Rocky Mountains of my dreams and fights among the Sierra crags of what I want . . . and the mockingbird warbles in the early forenoon before the dew is gone, warbles in the underbrush of my Chattanoogas of hope, gushes over the blue Ozark foothills of my wishes—And I got the eagle and the mockingbird from the wilderness.

we're thinking about it..we have an agreement until this May or so..I think they want to sell this place but we'd probably rent it starting this summer until we decide...we're looking in Bellingham to as well as an opportunity in Vancouver...we'll see

It really is an awful part of town and the commute to/from anywhere would suck so hard…But on the plus side you’d be within walking distance to The Comedy Store and you could pay your respects to River Phoenix on your morning coffee trip

Was that a 30 year mortgage? Did you buy it when you were 10?

It was only $90,000, bought in 2008. It was about all I could afford at the time, but I had a 30 year mortgage. Interest rates started to drop a lot so I refinanced to a 20 year loan in 2012 or 2013, while keeping almost exactly the same monthly payment. I’ve just been making extra payments or more here and there.
