6.2 kms in 36 minuutes

So shaved 9 seconds of each km compared to last 2 runs.

I also want to commit myself to resistance training as my muffin top is irritating me.

No I’m still in Maryland. Sitting in the ol’ baseball stadium waiting on the t-storms to pass. Will have to be Sunday before I go.

I’m flying out in the morning so I’m just gonna wait. I’ll get enough cardio walking through airports.

I decided to try to go fast instead of far this morning and it was real work just running one mile in nine minutes. My second mile took ten minutes, including twenty seconds or so of walking at the beginning. Even at at 7:30am, it was still killer humid. Autumn can't come soon enough

That’s great pace though. You are already better than me.

You did not. I really don’t think I could do two miles in 19 minutes right now. Im going out in a bit and just hope to do more than 2.25 no matter what the pace.

2.5 miles in 24:10. Felt good at times, like a slog at others, but i'm happy with the results and fairly consistent mile paces. I did walk 4 short times, but probably no more than .15 total.

Mowed the lawn yesterday, which is somewhat of a workout. Still sore from Thursday's run, but I may go out today when I get home for another 5k-ish.
