That would a ton of fun. But given that dude's on-set reputation, I'm not sure we can realistically expect that.daft twat wrote:The opening credits is my favorite thing about the show. The set design is great.
And yes all the design elements are fantastic. And the theme song is brilliant.
Season 3 has been greenlit. I am still hoping for a Chevy Chase cameo at some point.

I know, but he’s old. At some point he’s gotta grow up. It’d be a nice final act on a career that had some incredible highs in the 80s.epilogue wrote:That would a ton of fun. It would also tickle the ol' nostalgia bone to see all three amigos together again. Especially in this particular setting/story.daft twat wrote:I know, but he’s old. At some point he’s gotta grow up. I am enjoying this show, but I am worried they will not stick the landing in the remaining episodes. We’ll see!
(Are they even still making the podcast? I can’t remember the last time any production was shown.)

Re: Only Murders In The Building
Maybe my expectations were too high, but I don't think they really provided a satisfying explanation of the 'why and how' of this season's murder.
I don't even think it would've been that difficult to flesh it out a little more.
I realise the murders (kind of like the podcast) are just background noise to the wacky antics of the three leads - and I still enjoy that aspect - but more attention to the nuts and bolts of the mystery would've been welcome.

Re: Only Murders In The Building
I was going to write something before about how the podcasting aspects of the show feel like they were written by someone who only very vaguely knows what a podcast is.
That Nickelback line had a similar vibe.

This line was so dumb. I’d like to think Tina Fey ad-libbed it because she is the fucking worst.Jorge wrote:
