3.95 miles yesterday evening. Had to take many breaks and stretch, walk around, but my heart rate was consistently very high (peak, down to cardio, then go again), which is all that matters to me at this point. I'll work on my time when I can go more than a half mile without peaking.

About 4.75 miles this evening. Again lots of breaks to stretch and slow the heart rate. But definitely a really good workout for the shape I’m in.

Fairly cool today. And much lower humidity. Got 7 and a quarter in this morning. Felt great.

3 miles in a little over 30:00. Further than I’ve been able to go the past few weeks and didn’t push myself that hard, so I’ll take it. Nice, cooler weather had to be the train.
